The market is busting at the seams with fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruit! Peaches, plums, and berries, berries, berries. Come on down and overwhelm yourself in all the sweetness.

Healthy Gourmet Kitchen: New Items – Pickling Spice & Salsa Mix plus fresh kale pesto, basil pesto & nut free basil pesto along with all our dips, rubs & slow cooker mixes.

Hope Valley Farm: Tomatoes, lettuce, baby greens mix, stringless peas, swiss chard, napa cabbage, kale, sweet onions, beets, radish, arugula, broccoli, pac choi, & more.

Lovin’ Mama Farm: Everything on our table is certified organic. Pea and sunflower shoots, 9+ varieties of micro green mixes, salad mix with edible flowers, red and green mini romaine, red and green butterhead lettuce, purple and white spring onions, carrots, ‘alpha beit’ israeli cucumber, lemon cucumber, mixed summer squash, squash blossoms, fresh cut herbs (mint, chives, thyme, sage, marjoram, italian parsley), basil, snow peas, cut flowers (zinnias, mixed bouquets).

Mariaville Farm: Fresh never frozen chicken, whole and parts, raised on grass, best tasting. Pasture raised Black Angus beef and Berkshire pork. Ask about our sausage specials.

Maynard Farms: Our beautiful peaches are ready–yellow, red flesh and white tree ripened peaches will be available and ready to enjoy. Also, sweet and juicy Early Gold Plums will available. In addition, we will be offering blueberries, raspberries, tart cherries, apples, fresh pressed apple cider, snow peas and more. Look forward to seeing you!

Puckers Gourmet: Full garlic sours? Yep! We have them and they are crunchy, sour, loaded with garlic with a hint of oaky bourbon to finish them off.

With 4 million people worldwide, The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life movement is the world’s largest fundraising event to fight cancer. RFL events raise critical funds to help us serve the people in their communities. Join us for our Schenectady County RFL, Saturday June 10th from noon to midnight at Collins Park.

Fresh Taste Table: Pea Shoot Salad

Pea Shoot Salad

  • 1C pea shoots
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 15oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 avocados


  • 1T olive oil
  • 1T lime juice
  • 1T fresh dill

Optional: Nuts (try hazalnuts, walnuts or sliced almonds), veggies (try with red or yellow peppers, carrots or broccoli florets)

  1. Slice the radishes and scallions.
  2. Dice the avocados and any additional veggies.
  3. Toss dressing ingredients with salad ingredients and serve.
