Beans, anyone?? Tender and delicious – Green, Wax, Flat, and yes, Marvel of Venice and Dragon’s Tongue – the choices!!! Use Celeriac to add texture and flavor to potatoes, soups, stews and salads. Try our sweet peppers in an array of fall colors – yellow, red, orange, purple and chocolate brown – delicious in chili or soups! Eggplant Parmesan, anyone? Heirloom eggplant in beautiful shades of purple and white are just perfect for your delicious dish.
