Ingredients:
Vegetables:
- 2 C shredded cabbage
- 2 C shredded kohlrabi
- 2 C shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper
Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
- 1½ tsp sesame oil
Directions:
Mix dressing. Toss with shredded vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
