Stop by to witness this favorite market event. This Sunday, three guest chefs will compete - featuring fresh market ingredients, three guest judges and best of all, samples! Judging begins at 12 p.m.
 Two guest chefs return from last year's Spuds Are Not Duds competition, Chef Euripidou (far left) and Chef Brown (right). Chef Genest will make his Cook-off debut this year.

Shushan Valley Hydro Farm: Beefsteak and vine cluster tomatoes, oh-so-sweet cherry tomatoes, European cucumbers and baby cukes, heads of mixed lettuce, arugula, watercress, zucchini (limited supply), Swiss chard, basil, thyme, oregano, dill, rosemary, mint, and parsley.
Café NOLA will be bringing tomato and roasted pepper soup, Cajun shrimp with pasta, fresh squeezed lemonade and sweet tea.
Healing Path Massage: Jean Marie Sefcovic and John Horan will be offering chair massage this Sunday. Come and see what they can do for your sore muscles - you'll be glad you did.
Burden Lake Creamworks is offering our favorite flu-buster, Cinnamon with Orange Essential Oil - soothes the respiratory and circulatory systems.
Palatine Cheese: We're carrying three new flavors! Stop by and grab a sample of our Tomato Bacon, Sour Cream and Onion, or our Tomato Onion.
Merry Hill Farm: The alpacas are staying toasty warm as they grow out their fleeces this winter. You can enjoy the results of last spring's shearing with soft and warm alpaca yarn in natural and hand died colors, and natural color roving for spinning and crafts. Also available this week - hand knit hats and scarves, a new selection of felted hats and felted purses. And there is still time to order that special gift for Valentine's day.
Cooper's Ark Farm: Fresh eggs from flax-fed chickens. Also, fresh turkey, guinea fowl and stewing/soup hens. Lots of pork sausage, including a great breakfast sausage.
Cornell Farm will have CSA share applications available, along with our winter vegetables such as fresh spinach, beets, potatoes, winter squash, three types of onions, shallots, garlic and lots of fresh non-caged brown eggs.
Susie's Climax Creations: This week we'll have our fresh quail, chicken and goose eggs! Freshly frozen quail and duck, plus our many pickled items, jellies and jams.
Mariaville Farm: Fresh eggs! Chicken in parts and whole; Black Angus steaks, lamb, pork chops, no-nitrate bacon and sausage, goat, and duck. Special this week: Andouille sausage and lamb giblets.
