Welcome to Schenectady Greenmarket!

Every Sunday from 10am - 2pm, come to Downtown Schenectady and enjoy live music, delicious food, and the opportunity to purchase the region's freshest and finest local produce!

Schenectady Greenmarket is pleased to host a wide variety of local food growers, bakers, cheese makers, chefs and artisans. At the market you know exactly where your food came from because you buy directly from the producer. In the US, the average piece of food travels 1500 miles. Here at the market, your food will have traveled less than 100 and will be the freshest available.

Schenectady Greenmarket is
more than just a destination;
it's an activity for the whole Community!

Offering a morning and afternoon of food, art, and entertainment, Schenectady Greenmarket
features everything from bread, wine and cheese to vegetables, meats, eggs, high quality crafts,
and free courses on cooking and healthy eating. Please visit our winter market page for a list of the current vendors and the calendar page for scheduled events.
