Community at Schenectady Greenmarket!
Schenectady Greenmarket hopes to capture and maintain the sense of community that is such an important part of Downtown Schenectady. We expect hundreds of people will join us every Sunday, providing a great opportunity for outreach and education related to our regional food system, the environment, arts and culture, and/or government and community services.
To inquire about reserving the community table,
please note the following guidelines:
Table space is donated to qualifying organizations as space permits.
Qualifying organizations are those whose primary activities include providing low- or no-cost consumer education and/or technical assistance services related to agriculture/environment, arts/culture and/or low-income and urban populations within the Capital Region.
NO direct selling, fund raising, political campaigning, petitioning or other solicitation may be conducted at community tables.
Schenectady Greenmarket will provide a table and, when possible, access to electricity; organizations should bring their own table coverings, and display materials.
