Children's Activities at Schenectady Greenmarket!
Schenectady Greenmarket is intended to be a destination for the whole family. Each week, we host a Children’s Activities Table with a variety of activities designed to make the market an interactive experience for people of all ages.
iIn addtion, we encourage other community outreach groups and programs to assist us in offering these activities so that we can include more of the community and offer a greater variety of activities. Such groups have included Schenectady Boys & Girls Club, the Glenville Children's Museum, and the Union College Chemistry Club.
Our intent is to provide fun, educational activities for children that reinforce our goals of connecting city and farm and building community.
