Memorial Day weekend! 

This weekend it the perfect time to get your own garden started we have lots of flowers and vegetables ready to plant!

When your done in the garden have a picnic or BBQ with our fresh local produce, burgers and sausage.

Bouchard Farm II will have grass fed beef and naturally raised pork. Filet mignon, NY Strip and our delicious ground beef along with the rest of the full line up!

Capital Native Plants: “Ask a Botanist” Bring your photos of native plants or the plant to be identified from 10-2 pm by Botanist Steve Young.

Lovin’ Mama Farm:  Certified organic micro greens, salad mix, mini romaine, radishes, cat grass, living trays of micro greens

Oh Corn!  AREPAS FOR EVERY OCASSION, An Arepa is a type of food made of cooked white corn prominent in the cuisine of Venezuela and Colombia.There are almost infinite ways to stuff an arepa, but all you need to know for now is that the average arepa has a 3 inches diameter and weighs about 200 gr. Eaten alone will provide you with approximate 19 gr of carbohydrates, 5 gr of protein and approximately 90 calories. It contains 5% of the daily recommended intake of Vitamin C, 3% of Vitamin D and around 1% of iron. All this value will significantly change depending of the fillings you will put inside. Because is a corn product, it is completely gluten free. Freshness is a given try the chicken, pernil (pulled pork) or keep it light with a vegetarian filling

Our last weekend inside at Proctors!

Spring is here! Join us this week for our last winter market at Proctors. The season went by like a flash and we are thankful to our vendors, customers and everyone at Proctors who help each week be such a success. See you this Sunday at Proctors for some great local goodies.

Please note this Sunday we will be in Robb Alley and the GE Theater.  Next Sunday, May 7, we will be moving outside around City Hall!
