Lovin’ Mama Farm: On our tables this week–everything certified organic! Pea and sunflower shoots, 10 varieties of micro greens (vitality mix, detox mix, herb mix, kale mix, spicy radish, micro mustard, lemon basil, basil, arugula, cilantro), salad mix with edible flowers, mini romaine, toscano kale, purple kale, chard, shallots, leeks, red onions, cippolini onions, yellow storage onions, sungold cherry tomatoes, rainbow mix cherry tomatoes, heirloom slicer tomatoes, basil, fresh cut herbs (chives, italian parsley, sage, thyme, marjoram), padron pepper, habanero peppers, hot paper lantern peppers, sweet italian bullhorn red and yellow peppers, carrots.

Mariaville Farm: Fresh never frozen chickens, whole and parts, stock your freezer with one of our fabulous pork packages. We also have Black Angus beef and fresh eggs from our free roaming hens.

Maynard Farms: Summer may be coming to an end, but summer’s bounty is more than plentiful at Maynard Farms!  Gala yellow peaches and White Lady white peaches are fresh off the trees – sweet and juicy!  Blueberries and plums are just delicious.  New this week are sweet white nectarines and a new variety of yellow nectarine – both have great juice and texture, yellow are a so flavorful and a little tangy, with white having a milder, sweeter flavor.  We have several kinds of freshly picked summer apples – Kindercrisp, Dandy Red, Ginger Gold, Zestar and Sensa – and maybe even more by week’s end!  Heirloom tomatoes of many colors and sizes are in their prime!! Heirloom cherry tomatoes are as sweet as sugar!!  Of course we will have all of our other fresh and delicious products – white and yellow donut peaches, apples and fresh pressed apple cider, heirloom eggplant in several different beautiful shades of purple, colorful sweet peppers in red, yellow, and purple, cucumbers, kirbies, zucchini, summer squash, curly and dino kale, fresh baby carrots, broccoli, beans, corn and garlic will all be available at the markets this weekend! That’s a mouthful – literally!!!  Look forward to seeing you!

Pucker’s Gourmet: Celebrate summer with a fresh crunchy amazing 1/2 sour pickle! Loaded with probiotics and flavor this pickle is a crowed favorite.
