Laura is a yoga teacher of over 11 years, a mindfulness and social-Emotional educator, and yoga therapist. In addition to group work, She offers 1:1 for those healing from PTSD, or finding balance with autism/ADHD. She’ll answer questions about yoga and mindfulness and helping interested people overcome the nervousness & perceptive hurdles that prevent them from practicing yoga. Her classes help individuals to develop a strong foundation of trust in their independence & deep confidence, as well as reformed posture, physical strength, mental focus, better balance and an enhanced sense of internal calm.¬†She specializes in providing fitness and moving meditation for all levels that is trauma-informed, soothing to anxiety and those with chronic stress, and ¬†welcoming to those shy about their bodies or uncomfortable in the typical gym/yoga studio scenes. All shapes and abilities welcomed! She will soon be offering aerial yoga, too. She also has programming for those with special needs.
